JOHANNESBURG – Mamelodi Sundowns solidified their dominance in the South African DSTV Premiership, setting a new record for most points in a 30-game season.
The Brazilians secured a narrow 1-0 victory over second-placed Stellenbosch FC on Saturday, bringing their points tally to 72 with two matches remaining. This surpasses their previous record of 71 points achieved in the 2015/16 season.
