Randfontein, Gauteng – A powerful storm, possibly a tornado, swept through parts of Randfontein on Wednesday afternoon, causing significant damage to homes and infrastructure.
The Gauteng Provincial Joint Operations Centre (JOC) confirmed that emergency services are responding to reports of extensive damage in the Toekomsrus and Mohlakeng areas.
