The Cape Town International Jazz Festival (CTIJF), affectionately known as Africa’s Grandest Gathering, is set to return in spectacular fashion to the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) on April 25 and 26, 2025.
This year’s festival promises to be bigger and better than ever, featuring over 30 world-class artists and a highly anticipated global-first musical collaboration that will delight music lovers across the globe. The 2024 edition of the festival was a resounding success, generating an estimated R119 million in economic activity, according to research by North West University’s Tourism Research in Economics, Environs and Society unit. The festival also created between 444 and 1200 jobs across sectors such as event management, technical production, security, catering, and hospitality.
